Politics and religion are the two things you’re not supposed to talk about at a dinner party, lest you give rise to a heated argument and spoil the occasion. And yet both religion and politics are among the most important things we have to talk about. They affect our lives in significant ways. We want to give you a chance to talk about religion, at least, in an informal setting outside of Church. During Pub Theology, we gather at a local bar to talk about matters of faith over an adult beverage or two. Grace Lutheran Church will be hosting the next round of Pub Theology on Thursday, October 19, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Jupiter’s at the Crossing (2511 Village Green Place, Champaign).
